ZapMitra collects necessary business information from registered retail agents to ensure safe operation of utility services. This includes retail agent contact names, mobile numbers, verified store locations, and ledger logs. We track transaction timestamps solely to confirm status logs and handle ledger reconciliation processes.

2. How We Protect Data

All processed consumer documentation data, billing balances, and agent account states are stored inside an encrypted database configuration. We implement strictly filtered security boundaries to prevent unauthorized external access. ZapMitra does not rent, sell, or trade transaction histories or internal retail merchant data records to third-party advertising companies.

3. Cookies and Telemetry

Our system infrastructure implements simple system cookies strictly to securely manage session keys on the agent portal subdomains (`app.zapmitra.in`). These cookie variables carry no external tracking mechanisms and serve only to protect dashboard utility tasks from session hijacking attempts.
