1. Account Eligibility & Registration

Access to the processing portal located at `app.zapmitra.in` is strictly limited to authorized retail merchants operating physical storefront businesses in India. Agents are fully obligated to complete registration verification mandates and maintain accurate retail documentation information.

2. Wallet Balances and Processing

Registered merchant outlets must hold sufficient working balance funds inside their application wallets to satisfy retail payment requests for recharges, bill processing, or PAN services. ZapMitra is not liable for delayed utility billing settlements caused by insufficient agent portal balances or technical disruptions from third-party downstream networks.

3. Account Auditing and Suspensions

We maintain the absolute right to suspend or lock access to any agent profile that attempts to process fraudulent consumer data, uses automated scraping tools, or manipulates system ledgers. The portal must be operated manually through the official web interface configuration.
